The Oakland Raiders have agreed to contract terms with sixth-round pick TE
Brandon Myers, his agent, Nate Haber, announced on his Twitter
page.
According to a league source, Myers agreed to a four-year, $1.84 million deal.
The contract includes a signing bonus worth $90,250.
Myers, from the University of Iowa, will likely compete for the third tight end
job behind starter Zach Miller and journeyman Tony Stewart.
Myers is the first Raider 2009 draft selection to agree to contract terms.
Earlier this week, their first of their two sixth-round picks, Stryker Sulak,
was waived.
