| Biography: |
Josh has been a major contributor on the Vandal defensive line every year since his true freshman season in 2005. This fall he played in all 12 games, started 10, and finished with 29 tackles, including 2 pass breakups and 1 recovered fumble.
His position of greatest strength may be strongside defensive end, but he has been a starter over the years at defensive tackle for Idaho. In 2007 he started three games at DE, and two games at defensive tackle.
So far this spring Shaw appears to be atop the strongside DE depth chart and poised for a solid 2008 senior season.
